Brought in an older car to get the a/c working and a window motor replaced. They called to discuss alternatives and to point out a failed rear shock I wasn't aware of, which I really appreciated. Never felt they were trying to upsell me, just bring up things they felt needed attention. I okayed the work at a fair price and the car was ready to pick up next day. Felt I was in very good hands and will definitely be back in the future. I definitely recommend Ripley's!

I stopped by to get a quote. They were very helpful, great price, fast and friendly service. Took my Camaro to get new mufflers. The work is very professional.

Good service the person at the counter did a great job on helping me. Decent price. I came in. He told me to come back in 45 minutes. He could put my truck up on a rack and I came back in 45 minutes and they took care of me.

I had a lot of trouble with my car making a wobble sound from the front left wheel, I made an appointment for 7:30am to drop of the car and they were so nice as soon as I got there (despite me being a bit late). They offered to shuttle me home, which I accepted and got to work on the inspection. The look over was around $70. The shuttle driver was very nice and made small talk. I didn't feel unsafe at all, he did great driving. They called around 11:00am to notify me that my Toyota Corolla's wheel bearing was in fact going out. Thankfully, they were able to get it all done that day. Over all it was around $600 for parts and labor, but they were extremely efficient and called as soon as they were done, around 4pm. The process and patience was so wonderful. It is great to go to a mechanic who is willing to do all they can to make sure you are safe and on the road as soon as possible. I will definitely be back for all my Car's maintenance needs. Love Ripley's!
