Went in with a lug nut problem. Our front office experience was great. Within 2 minutes our host directed an associate to fix the problems. The technician attempted to remove the lug nuts on each side before he found it as a manufacturer issue. I forgot my fob and drove home. Upon return the manager smiled, said "He was looking for you" and gave me the fob. No charge! Very courteous and professional.

I can't remember how many times that I have drove by Ripleys since l moved to Houston. The landscape around this place has changed in so many ways. If a repair shop can stand the test of time it can only mean that they're doing something different than the businesses around them. For the 1st time since I've been in the Houston area I needed a muffler. Ridleys was the one who came to mind. I asked what they thought was a good fit for my Jeep Gladiator .Magnaflow was recommended, and was definitely a good fit. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Thanks guys
