Decided I wanted a little more growl in my exhaust. Rodney replied to my email the next morning, and by that afternoon, I had a brand new Flowmaster in my truck. For less money than estimated. Nice shop, nice folks, and great service. Thank you Ripley's!

My exhaust pipe broke in the first hour of an 8 hour trip. Mark worked me in and fixed my truck within an hour at a very fair price. Even offered good conversation while we waited.

David and Mark have been servicing our cars for more than a decade. This week my wife's 2005 Lexus RX330 needed electrical work, brake job, other 115,000 maintenance and a terribly noisy blower motor replaced in the dash. Love Ripleys they are great with their customers I had a battery issue with my car they took my battery off charged it completely for a day at no cost because I got my oils changed and some other maintenance services done! My husband and I do all of our business with them bc the price is always fair and they go above and beyond! The owner even takes the time to personally call you and explain what's wrong with your vehicle and to add that extra special touch they really care about their clients over there!!!!!! David and Mark @ Ripley's Total Car Care on Rayford Rd. took great care of me. I've used Ripley's in the past for break repairs, oil changes and to make my Taurus SHO exhaust sound SWEET! This time I got into a fender bender and the original shop I had the car towed to quoted far more then I could pay. I had the car towed to Ripley's on Rayford Rd. They confirmed the repairs and had an option with an expense similar to the first shop but.... they were able to work with us and offered a "Plan-B" we could afford without sacrificing safety. Ripley's is not just a muffler shop they are truly total car care. I trust and also recommend Ripley's to all my friends.

We have about 17 commercial trucks. Every time we need auto service, Ripleys is our GO TO repair shop. They have great customer service and keep me up to date with what repairs need to be done, as well as, services that will need to be done in the near future. Great experience getting a new muffler for my truck. I originally chose them based on email communication when I was pricing different muffler shops. They were very thorough, gave me a price, explained the price, and didn't pressure me to come into the shop immediately. When I made the trip a couple weeks later We discussed options, and they stayed true to their price. The general manager was nice and polite, as well as the technician who did the work. They got me in and out quickly (about an hour and 15 minutes from walk-in to walk out for a muffler swap) and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this shop for their service. Their price was also no different to other shops for a magnaflow muffler swap.

The guys here made my custom cat back exhaust. the Tech did it just how i needed it. I provided my own muffler "JIC Titanium" for my nissan 240sx. and it sounds and looks great! i got a crush bent pipe but he made it as straight as it could be so it flows excellently . i recommend all my friends here. :)
