I felt that the techs were honest about their evaluation of the repairs of my vehicle. I was not able to get the repair due the cost, however they were able to advise me on the best cost effective option for my truck.

Had a minor electrical issue with a 2013 Toyata Highlander. Dropped off around 9 a.m. Completed around 12:30.

Awesome service. I needed a total break change (rotors and all) front and back. I came in early on Friday, over the July 4th holiday weekend, and was out by noon. Quick and painless. I always have great results with Ripley's.
