Took my 52 Chevy truck to look at the exhaust and suspension. Within one hour they called me at work with what they found and gave me options. It was fixed by the end of the day. The whole crew and staff were courteous and professional! Wil definitely use them again! Extremely satisfied!

Our family has been using Ripley's for many years. They always let us know what they recommend and our options, as well as prices before doing work. Recently, I had an issue with my vehicle and they were able to squeeze my vehicle in and repair it so I could take it to work on the same day. I do still need to go back for a couple of other things, but for them to care enough to get my vehicle in and out so quick and get me back on the road for work that afternoon was going above and beyond and I am so appreciative for that type of customer service. Additionally, they have a shuttle service so you don't have to sit at their office while you vehicle is being worked on. Highly recommended!
