The service was excellent and the representative that I talked to before I came to get the work was very friendly and informative. I will definitely let my friends and family know that this is a good place to take your vehicle to be serviced. Keep up the good work because it is hard to find shops like yours these days.

It is always a pleasure to take my car into Ripley's. They never keep me waiting and are always upfront with me no matter what may be the issue. This time I brought my car in for a strange noise. Every mechanics nightmare! They were not able to duplicate the sound but checked to make sure I had nothing major going on. They didn't even charge me where most places would have hit me up for diagnostic charge. I have never had an issue with any repair they have done and they always explain everything so I understand what it is an how it works and back it with a guarantee that NO other shop comes close to. I HIGHLY recommend them!! Plus they are great about getting my car in and out.
