My family uses Ripley’s for all of our major car repairs. This was my first time to bring my own car. They set appropriate expectations by letting know me know the workload they were experiencing and when they anticipated they would begin service on my vehicle. They called to explain the issue and cost along with additional recommenced service. The additional recommendation was in line with items that I put off completing for a while. Ripley’s is simply the best exhaust repair shop anywhere. When I was a kid in the early 70s my hot rod buddies and I used the store on 1960. They were the best then and still are. They don’t shy away from custom work. They satisfy your needs and stand behind their quality work. You can go wrong using this company.

I have been using Ripley's for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Recently, my window's toggle mechanism broke and I was extremely concerned about rain and the safety of my vehicle because we park in an apartment complex. The agent who answered my call was very accommodating and the owner even stepped up to personally help fit me into the schedule. So happy with the service I received from Ripley’s. A friend recommended I try them when I couldn’t find anyone to fix my car in a timely manner. I was told it would be months at other places and my car was repaired and ready to be picked up within a week. I believe it would have been sooner had we not had to wait for insurance to approve. Luis was very nice and helpful, as were all the people I spoke to along the way. I drove 30 miles to get my car taken care of and I would do it again.
