The car repair process was quick. Went from diagnostic, to work order review and repair within 2 days. I will be coming back here again. The prices were fair in comparison to Other shops but their customer service was top notch.

I was very satisfied with the service we received at Ripley’s. They were recommended by my neighbor next door and am so glad he did. Mark was very helpful and stayed in touch to let me know the status throughout. Appreciate that very much. The cost was right too.

Customer Service was great and the shuttle was good as well, very convenient! But I do want to let folks know to check their tires before leaving I had my brakes checked and an oil change done but someone had forgotten to tighten 3 lugnuts on my passenger side tire and I got 3 miles down the highway and the tire started shaking like it was about to fall off so I took it back and they apologized and fixed it. Like I said the customer service was good they were very apologetic. Just wanted to warn future customers! I understand that mistakes happen! I unfortunately will not be returning because the situation could’ve been a lot worse!!!
