I had a great experience on my first visit to Ripley’s! They helped me in a timely manner, told me the cost before they did anything, and gave me a time frame of how long it would take. The waiting room was clean and the mechanics were nice and I appreciated that there isn’t a bunch of cursing and negative talk. I will gladly take my car there any day for any future, necessary repairs! I was referred to them by a friend, and they did not disappoint!

Ripley's total car care serviced my Ford F-150 air conditioning system in a very professional manner. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me of the cost and time to repair. This is not my first experience as I have used them in the past for brakes and wheel alignment.

Cannot say enough about the always professional, polite, and complete service. I have experienced at this Riplye's location. I had my muffler, dual exhaust and flowmasters replaced, got under the truck and am amazed at the clean welds, creative and solid support, for the exhaust pipes, and attention to each piece that was taken during installation. Makes me proud to drive a 2008 Ram, especially when it looks and sounds this throat-y! Thank you again, guys--much appreciated.

I got my truck back in about 36 hours. The dealership quoted about 2 months for OEM parts. I got an aftermarket replacement and I'd take that tradeoff every time. Cost and time were much reduced, so I'm happy. Several weeks later and everything seems to be running as well as new.
