Mark was the lead mechanic for our repair. He had to work with our warranty to coordinate repairs. We were very pleased with his efforts and services. He stayed on top of everything, provided updates, and delivered quality service! Our car is running just fine, thanks to Mark and the crew over at Ripley’s!!!
