I dropped off my vehicle on Monday morning to get my exhaust leaks fixed. I heard back very quickly for a very fair quote and told them to proceed. I expected this to take multiple days, and they wrapped it up Tuesday afternoon. Their communication is excellent, their staff is courteous and professional. You will be getting more of my business! Thank you for an excellent job!

Made an appointment online and they called me next business day to confirm! Very knowledgeable and the price was right. I have a completely custom truck and they took care of it no problem!

I called first thing in the morning after speaking with 2 or 3 other auto repair shops and I got to speak to Cord. He was awesome, he could tell how frantic I was over the phone. My catalytic converter was stolen on Saturday afternoon while trying to run errands in preparation for an out of town funeral for which I was leaving on Tuesday, Nov. 16. Between dealing with an extremely low insurance estimate, trying to make it into work and still pack for my mother in laws funeral, he said, "bring me your insurance company's information and I will handle it for you, you have way too much going on". He was a life saver, and all 5 flavors!!! I literally couldn't handle much more;, I was in tears. The service, kindness and compassion shown was top notch! Thank you so much!! I got my car back later that afternoon, after work and I was so grateful!

We have used Ripley’s many times, and they never disappoint. They have fantastic service. We are so pleased with the entire process from setting the appointment, diagnostics, giving options for repairs, and checking out! Truly honest and extremely knowledgeable. They deserve 10 stars not five!

I was a walk-in with a starter problem--so I thought. Julio rode with me to my house so he could begin diagnosis. Of course the car started right up. He took my car back to the shop. In the meantime I realized I had left my phone in my car. Julio returned it to me right away. The problem was a bad battery. Julio returned to my house - again - to take me back to the shop. Talk about customer service and good work--theirs is the best.
