I was told it would be months at other places and my car was repaired and ready to be picked up within a week. I believe it would have been sooner had we not had to wait for insurance to approve. Luis was very nice and helpful, as were all the people I spoke to along the way. I drove 30 miles to get my car taken care of and I would do it again.

While I'm happy with the work that was done, I'm a bit bummed by the pricing. I went in and got a quote and was told it would cost $250 to have what I wanted done. However, a few days later, when I had the work done, the total was over $350. That's a big jump, I'd prefer the quote be a bit more acurate so my wallet doesn't cry as much. Overall, I'm satisfied, and I'll go back.

I am new to the area and i try to get my car inspected. But shocking to me, my car didnt pass inspection. I had codes that i never heard of keep popping up. I went 2 different mechanics shop to get this problem fix. 1 shop told me to just replace the battery and would fix itself. But still failed. Then i took it to the dealership mechanic shop. And they wanted me to fork over excessive amount of money and have my vehicle out for about 2 weeks so they can fix it. Anyone that lives in big cities like Houston need a vehicle to get around. Last resort, i took it to Ripley and they gave me some good news. They fix my problem and just now pass the state inspection. Since my car is older, i believe i have found my mechanic anytime my car needs servicing again. Thanks so much Ripley for your help.
