When I arrived I did not expect to purchase anything because of the location and reputation of other businesses I have experienced. I was greeted and and taken care of like I was part of the family. Every employee made me feel comfortable and took part in helping me make a buying decision. I wish I could get this type of service everywhere I go. Thank you Tommy and everyone else for helping me, I will be coming in for other services.

I brought my car in after a recommendation. The guys at Ripley's were able to fix instead of replace the ailing part! They did an amazing job and my vehicle sounds as good as ever. Price was great too!

I use them to get an estimate on my brakes but it was more than I could afford. But they are awesome over there I just wish I could’ve afforded it. I had to use other options.

We've used Ripley's since the early 80's for everything car exhaust related. Tommy and his crew are true professionals at what they do. If you want it done right the first time there is no substitute for Ripley's.

Very happy that they were willing to consider aftermarket parts as I have an older high mileage car.

Had to get a stolen Catalytic Converter replaced. Wow, this is not the average auto repair shop. Ripley's Total Car Care at FM1960 and Kuykendahl is a 1st Class Mechanic Shop. They knew exactly how to handle my insurance claim and answered my questions completely. Repair was completed the same day that the insurance adjuster approved the claim Thanks Ripley's. Wow, sums it up!! What a great business to have been acquainted with. From the time I walked inside to the time I picked up our vehicle was the most elite service I’ve ever had in this line of work. My husband and I are delighted to share our experience with a kudos to you RIPLEY’S. We had our horn giving us a very hard time and we could not pass inspection to get new tags for the vehicle. We tried everything we could and no one could help or figure out what was wrong. We trusted the professionals and their knowledge here and they without a doubt fixed the problem as well as exceeded our expectations by even offering to place our new windshield wipers on purchased before we came , no charge! Called, they ordered the battery for my car and within an hour, I was on my way.

Insurance companies need to learn customer service from these guys. Cord went over and beyond to answer all my questions and help me get my vehicle back quick despite all the insurance headaches I was facing. Very personable and they want to help all the way from the shuttle service, mechanics, and even the person that collects funds. My second time working with this shop and both times have been VERY good experiences. Highly recommended!
