I went into Ripley’s‘s for the first time to get an oil change. Their prices were reasonable and their work was done well and in a timely manner. I have heard nothing but good reviews from this business, and I would have to agree wholeheartedly. Thank you so much for an excellent service. Ripley's did as always there outstanding service on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. They have serviced my cars for over 40 years that I have been in Houston and 11 years on my 4 Runners. When ever I drive by I must fight my steering wheel to keep my car from turning in. My 4Runner loves their TLC. A GREAT PLACE!!!!! d

If you have ANY kind of car problem...take it to Ripley's! These guys fixed ..better yet, replaced my Exhaust System in less than 3 hours.. When I took my car to the dealership, they told me I had a 4-6 month wait for the part. These guys took it and returned it the same day. My car runs quiet again, no sign my catalytic converter was replaced. Thanks Ripley's !!!

I have been using Ripley's for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Recently, my window's toggle mechanism broke and I was extremely concerned about rain and the safety of my vehicle because we park in an apartment complex. The agent who answered my call was very accommodating and the owner even stepped up to personally help fit me into the schedule.
