My Tundra was the victim of catalytic converter theft. I found Ripley’s based on a Google search and the great reviews alone is what caught our attention. My daughter spoke to Tommy and after that call she told me this was the place for me! I then spoke to a couple other gentleman, I believe one was Cord and one was Rodney. Each of them were so nice and assured me they could do the job. I brought my vehicle in and again, no different in person, it was a fantastic experience. The work was done very timely. You can absolutely tell the staff cares about the customers and their vehicles. Quick and easy check out when picking up vehicle with (Stephanie I think?) I could not have asked for a better experience!

I am extremely pleased with Ripleys Total Car Care. After the nightmare of having to deal with theft of catalytic converters and check engine lights, I finally found someone who knew what they were doing. They had me up and running in less than a week. The staff makes you feel like family and in an industry that can be less than trustworthy I never once felt anything but genuine care. Was the target of a catalytic converter theft last week in Houston. Was here in business and needed to get back home to Wimberley. Ripley’s was great to deal with. They communicated with my insurance in a very timely manner and with me as well. They had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. Luis over there is top notch from a customer service standpoint. If I’m in Houston again and need a garage for service - I’m calling Ripley’s. Rob S.
