I was referred by a friend to this family owned business, and am so thankful! They are friendly, professional, honest and do great work. Their pricing is reasonable as well. My family uses Ripley’s for all of our major car repairs. This was my first time to bring my own car. They set appropriate expectations by letting know me know the workload they were experiencing and when they anticipated they would begin service on my vehicle. They called to explain the issue and cost along with additional recommenced service. The additional recommendation was in line with items that I put off completing for a while. Just got my truck back and I am pleased with the work these guys put into it. They are always so busy and I can see why they put heart into what they can do.
