Third shop I visited since my started having issues on December 23, 2022. They kept me in the loop, something that the first shops never did. After completing the work, my truck run brilliantly. I was still had a check engine code. But the code which was transmission related. My only regret is they don't have a transmission department.

I messaged one of the owners with a bunch of questions regarding custom exhaust work for my truck. He answered VERY promptly and answered every questing that I had. I dropped off my truck the next day and they quoted me about 3-4 hours to get the work done. They had it done in just under 2 hours. They had the parts I needed in stock and charged me a fair price for the materials and labor of the custom work I had done. One of the owners even came out and let me hear his exhaust before letting me make my final decision on how I wanted the work done since he and I had the same truck. THAT is customer service! They did a great job. The welds look solid with no leaks and the pipe they used was 409 Stainless. Not that mild steel garbage. My truck sounds great and I love how quickly they got it done with great customer service. 5 stars!
