Went in with a lug nut problem. Our front office experience was great. Within 2 minutes our host directed an associate to fix the problems. The technician attempted to remove the lug nuts on each side before he found it as a manufacturer issue. I forgot my fob and drove home. Upon return the manager smiled, said "He was looking for you" and gave me the fob. No charge! Very courteous and professional.
