Guys were great.... got me in fast, took care of me and out just as fast.

We have had our car serviced twice for different problems. Both times they were very up front with what the problems were and what options we had for repairs. The last time, our car had been in a small accident and needed engine repairs and a small piece of the body needed to be reattached. They encouraged us to have a body shop repair the part that had come off since it isn’t their area of expertise. I asked them to try to reattach it if possible which they did. They were very patient with us as we worked out issues with the insurance company. I called several times throughout the process and everyone I talked with were always very friendly.

Very professional, quick and precise service. No overcharging. Detailed exactly the problem. I drove approx. 35 miles to get great service, and will do it again if necessary. Thank you.

Ripleys redid my exhaust after another shop did a "hack job". Not only did they make the exhaut look alot more appealing they also used the correct size pipe. The custom built "H-Pipe" also looks like a work of art. The tech did a Phenomenal job and took the time to make sure I was happy with the wk.

Ripleys fixed the exhaust "Hack job"from another shop on my show truck. My entire exhaust system is now as nice as the rest of my show truck. Their attention to detail was amazing. The tech did an amazing job.

Recently i need a repair to my tailpipe. The service writers at Ripley’s took a look at what needed to be done to facilitate the repair. After listening to my additional concerns, they provided several recommendations. The prices provided were very competitive. After working me into a very busy schedule, the timing of the repair was completed in the time quoted. With this type if service, it is no wonder this location had been in service for 50 years.

I’ve been using Ripley ‘s for 35 years, they’re an honest family owned car repair business. I was giving my 10 year old 80k mile Lexus to my grandson. I had only had the break fluid changed, but never a break job. I had been told by a tire co. That the break pads were worn down and needed to be replaced. I took it to Ripley’s and told the to replace the pads and rotors if they couldn’t be turned. They text me an hour later and said the pads were only at 50% and the rotors were fine. Who does that? Only Ripley’s. Thank you.
