Once again we had to leave our vehicle with Ripley's without knowing exactly what was wrong. The park assist feature seemed to be malfunctioning. They took their time with it, road tested it, analyzed it - and finally figured out it was a loose battery cable. They only charged us the diagnostic fee. I cannot stress enough that an honest mechanic is a rare thing - everyone should be going to Ripley's. Fair, reasonable, thorough, and will always be honest and take care of you - that is Ripley's Total Car Care.
