Tommy Ripley was extremely helpful, thorough, and had a very professional demeanor. He is straightforward, and I appreciate that in a mechanic. The costs seemed reasonable compared to other mechanics as well. He located the problem quickly and efficiently. He found the proper part in a timely manner. Once again we had to leave our vehicle with Ripley's without knowing exactly what was wrong. The park assist feature seemed to be malfunctioning. They took their time with it, road tested it, analyzed it - and finally figured out it was a loose battery cable. They only charged us the diagnostic fee. I cannot stress enough that an honest mechanic is a rare thing - everyone should be going to Ripley's.
