If I could give them more stars I would. They stayed late to work on my repair. They found and honored the warranty I had on my battery from another repair shop. Their knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. They were recommended to us with a “I’d never use anyone else in the area”. I feel the same now.

Sam in front is amazing and the mechanics are efficient and honest. I have had repairs done here for years but this most recent one takes the cake. My mother in law had a failed rod bearing that would require a whole new motor. These guys made me aware of an extended warranty for this particular vehicle due to this issue through the dealer. I had the vehicle inspected with the dealer and Ripley’s was right; the motor was replaced at no charge. Unbelievable! A result I would never have expected or known about had I not brought the vehicle to Ripley’s first! They are humble and honest, my family thanks you 🙏🏻

Came in to install a muffler and exhaust tip, on my 1999 GMC Sierra 1500. Installing it didn’t take that long and the truck sounds really good. Employee’s in the front were great and helpful. Definitely will be back to do some more on my truck.

Great team, great ethic! They will take care of you and you don’t have to worry or stress about anything! I really appreciate the platform they use to report the issues with the car. It’s clear, provides photos and recommendations for your cars maintenance. You can also approve and deny work as you see fit for your needs and budget. The team also clearly communicated everything with me, they even went above and beyond to give me a ride to work after dropping g off my car. Not all shops have a shuttle service. This makes a difference since my wife and I work at the same place and share a car. I would give Mr. Ripley and his team our business anytime. Thank you all for what you do!
