My expectations were already high based on previous reviews and are a recommendation. I definitely give a five star review because the service was excellent and so were the guys inside. I felt like I made some new friends. Also the service that I received has been excellent and the performance on my vehicle for a new muffler has been fantastic.

Once again I received excellent service. Took my car in for A/C issues and a few other things and the mechanics and staff had me back on the road in less than 24 hours with nice cold air! I really appreciate how respectful they treat me and their attention to detail, giving me great info about how and what to do to keep my old Honda Accord on the road! Thank you Ripleys!!

Above all, this was one of the best car repair experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I encountered from Mark, Matt etc…made me feel like their family. They all were knowledgeable, patient and understanding of the situation I was experiencing and went far and beyond to make me feel assured and trusted in their skills. Good communication and quality work. Diagnosis was less expensive than dealer, and they replaced the air filter at no charge, which I appreciate, but the overall cost seemed rather high.

We always take our cars here. We trust the crew and have always received the best treatment and advice. They've even given us rides, since we live within range of their shuttle. If possible, we always go here when it comes to getting are cars taken care of!

I have been going to Ripley's since I was a little boy. My Dad had used them religiously because they were conveniently located to near where we lived, and more importantly, their outstanding quality of workmanship and friendly service. This attributes still hold true to this day, some 30 years (give or take) later. They had me in and out in relatively no time whatsoever. Other shops would've required that I drop the truck off overnight, leaving me to have to Uber home and back to the shop the following day. Not only was I very pleased with the fact they would do the service and check that all other suspension components were in proper working order, the price of the service performed was half the price of the shops I had visited prior. I felt a sense of relief knowing that I was having reputable work performed, and they also had saved me alot of money! Moreover, I briefly visited Mr. Tommy Ripley, the present owner, and son of the man who founded Ripley's. He was as personable and friendly as I remembered him to be years ago when I would go with my Dad when he had work done. Everyone in the shop that day was very kind and demonstrated a willingness to help. Mr. Tommy displays very hard to find traits these days - Integrity and Pride, in his shop, his staff, and the overall quality of workmanship and customer service. I am more than satisfied with the work they performed in addition to the courtesy and respect I was extended. I proudly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of automotive service, doesn't want to be taken advantage of, and wants to feel reassured that any service performed under their roof will be done as well as any place is able to do it, probably better! Thank you very kindly to the staff at Ripley's. May they stay in business and continue to be a pillar of the community for at least another 30 years! A++
