David and Mark have been servicing our cars for more than a decade. This week my wife's 2005 Lexus RX330 needed electrical work, brake job, other 115,000 maintenance and a terribly noisy blower motor replaced in the dash. Ripley's technicians quickly and Accurately diagnosed the problems and potential problems. Mark called me immediately with the information I needed to make decisions on repairs. Ripley's has always fixed it right the first time and honors all of their work. It's like when you finally find a great dentist, HVAC repair company you trust. You have no reason to go anywhere else.

What a comforting feeling to know there is an auto shop that I can trust not only to do a great job but too also charge me very fairly and stand behind their work! I have used Ripleys for all of our cars: for repairs, maintenance and even a few special features on the trucks. I refer all of my friends here because I know I can trust my friends will get the same great treatment that I get. With a 2001 I don't worry if something goes wrong because of the reliable friends I have at Ripleys !

Brought my week old challenger to Ripley's. My heart was breaking as they cut off the stock muffler. Rodney explained everything in detail that they would do. They were wonderful and let me listen to 4 different mufflers until I heard one I liked. Whole time there was less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

love this place. its family owned and operated. i first came here to get work on my exhaust done a couple years ago and they did a great job. today im getting both front and rear brake pads exchanged and they were honest with me and told me i only needed my rear ones changed due to my front ones still being in good condition. i would def recommend this place if you're looking for good professional service!

I took my Diesel Ram to the dealer on I-45 at Spring for warranty work last week. They also looked at the front brakes and told me they had 2 mm of pads left, and needed to be replaced asap. I took my truck over Ripley's on FM 1960 for a second opinion. They told me I had 5mm on the front, or about 40% of the brake life and that I should come back in about 20,000 miles. They put the wheels back at no charge and said thanks. I'll be back when its time to replace my brakes.

Love Ripleys they are great with their customers I had a battery issue with my car they took my battery off charged it completely for a day at no cost because I got my oils changed and some other maintenance services done! My husband and I do all of our business with them bc the price is always fair and they go above and beyond! The owner even takes the time to personally call you and explain what's wrong with your vehicle and to add that extra special touch they really care about their clients over there!!!!!! We love Ripleys

David and Mark @ Ripley's Total Car Care on Rayford Rd. took great care of me. I've used Ripley's in the past for break repairs, oil changes and to make my Taurus SHO exhaust sound SWEET! This time I got into a fender bender and the original shop I had the car towed to quoted far more then I could pay. I had the car towed to Ripley's on Rayford Rd. They confirmed the repairs and had an option with an expense similar to the first shop but.... they were able to work with us and offered a "Plan-B" we could afford without sacrificing safety. Ripley's is not just a muffler shop they are truly total car care. I trust and also recommend Ripley's to all my friends.

We have about 17 commercial trucks. Every time we need auto service, Ripleys is our GO TO repair shop. They have great customer service and keep me up to date with what repairs need to be done, as well as, services that will need to be done in the near future. In my years of service with them, they have always been honest, professional and courteous. I would recommend Ripley's to anyone needing auto repair service.

30 years ago, I built a unique custom that needed an exhaust system. They did a great job and I never forgot it. Today, I brought my Tundra in for a custom dual exhaust and nothing has changed in 30 years. Quality customer service along with pride of workmanship is unfortunately a dying attribute today. Not at Ripley's! They took the time to address my expectations and met and exceeded those expectations at a reasonable price. True caring professionals!
