I went to Ripley’s to have an upgraded suspension added to my truck to help with towing. Tommy and Rodney were very helpful in identifying the best part for the job, and they had me in and out in a couple of hours. Love the way the truck rides now. Really cool to see the retro style of the place too, especially the Ripley family photos on the wall, pictures of classic cars, and the original blue tile walls in the bathroom! Thanks, Ripley’s!

Our family has been using Ripley's for many years. They always let us know what they recommend and our options, as well as prices before doing work. Recently, I had an issue with my vehicle and they were able to squeeze my vehicle in and repair it so I could take it to work on the same day. I do still need to go back for a couple of other things, but for them to care enough to get my vehicle in and out so quick and get me back on the road for work that afternoon was going above and beyond and I am so appreciative for that type of customer service. Additionally, they have a shuttle service so you don't have to sit at their office while you vehicle is being worked on. Highly recommended!

Really great people, knowledgeable, kind, professional and honest. I have been coming here for all of my exhaust needs on my 2005 F-150, got a catalytic converter, a muffler, and an exhaust tip at different times. They are awesome! Thank you Ripley's Team, there are few like you out there.
