I took in my 2008 Dodge Ram Hemi to Ripley's on a Monday morning with a laundry list of items: Leaking radiator, toasted evaporator coil, check the brakes and an overall tune up. Rodney called me later in the day and gave me the cost run down of all issues. I said OK to all and threw two more little things that were driving me crazy. The seat belt height adjuster wouldn't budge and some of my dash bulbs were out. So since they had to pull the dash anyhow to get to the evaporator coil. . . .He said no problem. We talked on Tuesday regarding an issue he ran into with the coil, needed another part, getting the part held up things for a bit, I said all good, ok. Projected finish time Wednesday afternoon. Rodney called me as promised on Wednesday afternoon saying the truck was ready. Julio came and picked me up. Got to the shop, talked with Rodney, we went over the costs and everything was right on, perfect. Paid my bill and out the door to fire up my truck. I could tell right away the difference in the engine with the tune up. Lights all pretty in the dash, seat belt perfect. Thermostat temp normal. Good Grief, was I happy! Thursday morning I was driving to work. I had an opportunity to open up the engine and Oh My GOODNESS!!, I thought they put rocket fuel in the engine. . . .I'm not going to say how fast, but it got there so fast it stunned me! Not a shake, rattle or roll. Nothing but total bliss from a very happy truck and an EXTREMELY HAPPY customer. I will go no where else but to Ripley's on 1960. These folks are AWESOME.
